Saturdays from 9:00am-10:00am, Butts & Guts will focus on strengthening and toning your core and glutes through a variety of resistance training exercises. This class is designed to target the areas which supports the foundation for your body. Come “grow your butt and shrink your gut” with instructor Brittanee.
