We reserve the right to change our prices, products, and services at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes. Current prices and schedule will be listed on the website.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Cancellation of a membership must be communicated to Bfitbwell Fitness Studio via email to info@bfitbwellfitness.com.

​Refunds for memberships, passes, and add-ons will only be given within 24 hours of purchase. No refunds will be given for reserved drop-in classes, unless the class was canceled by Bfitbwell Fitness Studio or the client contacted info@bfitbwellfitness.com or instructor at least two hours prior to the start of class to reschedule. If you have paid a membership for the month but are not able to make any classes, there will be a $40 charge to roll those classes over into the next month.

If clients are a no-show, membership holders will have the class deducted from their pass and can not make that class up unless approved by upper management.

ENROLLMENT

To attend classes, clients should enroll 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time for evening classes and by 9pm the prior night for all morning classes. All enrollment can be completed on www.bfitbwellfitnessstudio.com. In unforeseen circumstances where classes are canceled due to weather, clients will maintain the value of the canceled class and can reschedule for a future class. 

TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service without advance notice for violation of the terms or any applicable law or regulation.   

COVID-19 POLICY

The health and safety of our class participants is a top priority. With the risk of COVID-19 still present, Bfitbwell Fitness Studio may need to update and modify our safety protocols to protect the health and safety of our class participants, which includes clients and instructors. This policy details the health and safety protocols for our in-person classes. Class participants will be asked to adhere to these protocols in order to participate in the class.

​Our policies related to COVID-19 are subject to change based on the evolving nature of the pandemic and in accordance with mandates put in place by health authorities and/or our partners - including the City of Upper Marlboro, the Center for Disease Control (CDC), and the Maryland Department of Health (VDH). To ensure the most updated information, you can refer to our Covid Policy on our website.

Health Checks Prior to Class

For all in-person classes, indoors and outdoors, class participants are asked to first check their temperature and sanitize before they walk into the gym. Women are asked not to join in-person if they are currently experiencing or have recently experienced any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, shortness of breath, or other potential symptoms of COVID-19. Women should also not attend in person if they, or any member of their household, have been diagnosed with the COVID-19 virus and/or is currently quarantining because of a close contact with someone infected with COVID-19.

 

Social Distancing During Class

Per the CDC recommendation for businesses, to avoid this possible exposure, you may want to avoid crowded areas, or keep distance between yourself and others. Also, you mask are not required now, however it is optional to use. If you are in need of one, BfitBwell Fitness Studio will be able to provide one.

Given the state of the COVID-19 pandemic, these health and safety policies implemented by Bfitbwell Fitness Studio cannot eliminate the risk that you are exposed to, contract, or spread COVID-19 while attending class. By registering for class, each participant releases and forever discharges and holds harmless Bfitbwell Fitness Studio, LLC., its owners and contractors, from any and all liability, claims, and demands which the attendee or any of its heirs, assigns, next of kin or legal representatives may have which arise from the exposure, transmission, or spread of COVID-19 as a result of participation in class.
